Overview: The Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire is a brief self-report measure of cognitive fusion. It provides a psychometrically-sound process measure for assessing changes in cognitive fusion throughout the course of care and is particularly well-suited for use in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Reliability/Validity: Across diverse samples and spanning > 1800 participants, the CFQ has been found to be psychometrically sound with high validity (e.g., Gillanders et al., 2014)
