Once you receive the invite text message, click the link to download the Blueprint app from your phone's app store. Download the Blueprint app, then click Open

💡 If you no longer have access to the text, you can download the Blueprint app using these links:

Click the blue Sign Up button

Enter in your cell phone number and click Next. (You must use the same cell phone number you received the text message at.)

You should receive a verification code via text message, enter it on this page

You'll see a welcome screen with some information about Blueprint. Click the blue Create Your Account button at the bottom

Create a password, then click Done or Next

You are presented with the Initial Assessment assigned to you by your clinician. Click Begin Initial Screener to get started. Welcome to Blueprint! 🎉
