Clear your Browser Cache

How to clear your internet browser cache for faster loading times and to refresh your view of Blueprint.

Deleting your browser cache data helps to increase the loading time of web pages and increases the performance of your computer. It can also help in the troubleshooting if you have any issues loading websites. If your browser doesn't load the latest version of Blueprint, even if there have been changes on the site since your last last visit, the browser cache could be the culprit.

Browsers

Safari

The quickest way to clear your cache is to use following shortcut: [CMD] + [OPTION] + [E]. Alternatively, you can also do the following:

  1. With Safari open, click Safari in the top left of your main menu bar

  2. Select Preferences from the drop-down menu

  3. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window

  4. Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache

  5. Reload the page

Chrome

  1. Select Chrome from the main menu at the top of your screen

  2. Select Clear Browsing Data from the drop-down menu

  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time

  4. Unselect all options except for Cached Images and Files

  5. Click Clear Data

  6. Reload the page

Mobile: Safari

  1. Navigate to "Settings"

  2. Find and select Safari

  3. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.

  4. Tap Clear History and Data again to confirm

  5. Re-open the Safari app and reload the page.
