Reset your Blueprint Password [Clients]

How to change your password anytime using the Blueprint Client Mobile App.

In this article we'll walk through the two ways you can reset your Blueprint password:

  1. From the Blueprint mobile app

  2. From the Blueprint client website


Important Notes

  • Your clinician and us here at Blueprint do not have the ability to reset your password for you. Passwords must be reset by the client using one of the two methods below.

  • If you're unable to reset your password following the steps below, reach out to us via email at clients@blueprint-health.com -- we're happy to help! Be sure to include screenshots of any error messages you may be receiving.


How to reset your Blueprint password using the Blueprint Client Mobile App:

  1. Open the Blueprint app on your mobile device

    πŸ’‘ If you are logged in, tap Settings in the upper-left, then Sign Out

  2. Tap Log In

  3. Tap Forgot your password?

  4. Enter the email address associated with your Blueprint account and click Reset Password. You will receive an email with a numerical code within a few minutes.

    πŸ’‘ If you do not receive the password reset email, this likely means the email address you're using to login/reset your password with does not match the email address your clinician has on file for you. Try a different email address or giving your clinician a call to verify what email address they have on your profile.

  5. Copy the code from the password reset email and paste it into the Reset code from your email  field on the Reset your password screen within the app.

  6. Create a new password

  7. Click Reset Password to save the change

  8. That's it! πŸŽ‰ You can now login to Blueprint with your new password.


How to reset your Blueprint password on the client website:

  1. Click Forgot your password?

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Blueprint account and click Reset Password. You will receive an email with a numerical code within a few minutes.

    πŸ’‘ If you do not receive the password reset email, this likely means the email address you're using to login/reset your password with does not match the email address your clinician has on file for you. Try a different email address or giving your clinician a call to verify what email address they have on your profile.

  3. Copy the code from the password reset email and paste it into the Reset code from your email  field on the Reset your password screen within the app.

  4. Create a new password

  5. Click Update to save the change

  6. That's it! πŸŽ‰ You can now login to Blueprint with your new password.
