Assign New Assessments to a Client or Participant

How to assign a new Assessment to a client in just a few clicks.

In this article we'll walk through how to assign an Assessment to a client or Participant.


Permissions

Who can assign an Assessment to a client?


✅ Clinician: Can access and assign Assessments to their own clients.

✅ Supervisor: Can access and assign Assessments to any client.

Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access any client profiles.

✅ Admin: Can access and assign Assessments to any client.

✅ Org Admin: Can access and assign Assessments to any client.


How to assign Assessments to a client or Participant

  1. Navigate to the client's profile

  2. Click the Assessments tab

  3. Underneath the client or Participant you'd like to assign the Assessment to, click the "Assign Assessments to..." link

  4. Find the Assessment(s) you'd like to assign and click the correlating "+" icon


    💡 You can search for the Assessment by typing in a keyword, Assessment short name, or clinical domain.

  5. When you're ready to assign the Assessment(s), click the blue "Assign Assessments to..." button

  6. That's it! 🎉 Newly assigned Assessments will be sent to the client on their Next Assessment Date. For more information on the Next Assessment Date, check out Edit a Client's Next Assessment Date
