Assign Multiple Clinicians to a Client

How to give multiple Staff Members access to a Client's profile.

In some cases multiple Staff Members need to have access to a Client's profile. In Blueprint, a Client can have as many assigned Clinicians as needed!

Permissions

✅ Clinician: Can access and assign Clinicians to their own Clients.

✅ Supervisor: Can access and assign Clinicians to any Client.

❌ Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access any Client profiles.

✅ Admin: Can access and assign Clinicians to any Client.

Assigning Staff

  1. Navigate to the Clients page within your Blueprint account

  2. Find the Client you wish to transfer and open their profile

  3. Click their blue Actions button towards upper-right the Client Summary

  4. Select Manage Assigned Clinicians

  5. Check the box next to each Staff Member you'd like to have access to this Client

  6. Click Confirm. The Client should now appear in each assigned Clinician's Client List. 🎉
