A walkthrough of the Client List and Client Statuses.

The Client List is made up of 5 Client Status buckets; Pending, Awaiting Invite, Invite Sent, In Treatment and Discharged.

In this article we will discuss what each of these segments mean, as well as other notes about the Client List!


Permissions

Who can access the Client List?

✅ Clinician: Can access and assign Assessments to their own Clients.

✅ Supervisor: Can access and assign Assessments to any Client.

Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access any Client profiles.

✅ Admin: Can access and assign Assessments to any Client


Overview

The Client List is made up of 5 buckets, one for each possible Client Status; Pending, Awaiting Invite, Invite Sent, In Treatment and Discharged.

💡 A Client Status is the state of the Client's enrollment in Blueprint.

Client Status

Definition

Pending

Clients who have been added into Blueprint using an external integration (such as an EHR or IntakeQ) will appear here.

Staff Members can accept Clients in this list by finishing their enrollment or declining the option to add them into Blueprint.

💡 Staff with Supervisor or Admin permissions can see/accept any Client. Staff with Clinician permissions can see/accept Clients that are assigned to them.

Awaiting Invite

Clients who have been entered into Blueprint, but their enrollment invitation hasn't been sent yet (the invitation may be scheduled for a future date via Pre-enroll).

Invite Sent

Clients who have been sent an invitation to enroll in Blueprint but have not yet accepted it will appear here.

In Treatment

Clients who are fully enrolled and activated (completed their first Assessment) .

Discharged

Clients who are no longer actively in treatment.
