How to access notes from client's prior sessions (Documentation Automation)

Looking for old notes? Here's how you can quicly access notes from past sessions.

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to navigate to a client's profile and access their basic information, prior Sessions, Progress Notes, and Treatment Plans.


Important Notes

  • Once a Progress Note is deleted there is no way to access it again within Blueprint. Make sure to copy the contents of the Progress Note to your EHR before deleting it from Blueprint.


How to access Progress Notes from client's prior sessions

  1. Navigate to the client's profile

  2. Click the Sessions tab

  3. Click View Progress Note for whichever note is needed

  1. Q: How do I navigate to my client's profile?
    ​
    ​A: Search for the client by name using the magnifying glass in the upper-left corner of Blueprint. Alternatively, click Client List at the top-middle of Blueprint to see a list of all clients, then click the client's name.
