Updated over a week ago

This article showcases what a client sees:

  • when you've assigned them an Assessment or Worksheet for the first time

  • when they're automatically sent subsequent Assessments or Worksheets Reminders

  • when you've adjusted their Assessment or Worksheet schedule (coming soon!)

  • when you've discharged the client's profile (coming soon!)

Inviting your client to complete Assessments or Worksheets for the first time

When you assign an Assessment or Worksheet to a client for the first time, they will receive an invitation via text or email (based on the contact information you provide in Blueprint).

This invitation introduces them to Blueprint and includes a link to get started.

Here’s what the initial invitation looks like from your client's point of view:

When the client clicks any of the links in the invitation, they are directed to a secure web page where they can complete the assigned Assessment or Worksheet.

Here’s what the secure Assessment and Worksheets pages look like from your client's point of view:

Assessment Reminders

Assessments are typically scheduled to be sent on a recurring basis to monitor changes in symptoms throughout treatment. This helps you track your client’s progress over time.

When assigning an Assessment, you’ll choose a frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or “one-time” if you prefer not to send recurring assessments).

Each time an Assessment is due, Blueprint automatically sends a Reminder via text or email to the client.

Here's what Assessment Reminders look like from your client's point of view:

Just like their initial Assessment, each Reminder includes a link that directs the client to a secure web page where they can complete the Assessment.

This page is identical to the secure Assessment page sent to them upon initial assignment.

This time we've included the submission confirmation page, which is what the client sees when they've successfully submitted the Assessment:

Worksheet Reminders (coming soon!)

Worksheets can also be scheduled, triggering recurring Reminders for clients.

Each time a Worksheet is due, Blueprint automatically sends a Reminder via text or email to the client.
