Permissions

Who can discharge Clients?

✅ Clinician: Can discharge their own Clients.

✅ Supervisor: Can discharge any Client.

Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access any Client profiles.

Important Notes

  • It's extremely important to discharge Clients at the time they are discontinuing treatment. If Clients are not discharged appropriately the assigned Clinician(s) will be receiving clinical information from Clients who are no longer in active care, which can put both the Clinician and clinic at legal and ethical risk.

  • Your clinic may have additional Post Treatment Outcome workflows in place. Check with your clinic manager for more information.
