Permissions
Who can un-archive Clients?
✅ Clinician: Can unarchive their own Clients.
✅ Supervisor: Can unarchive any Client.
❌ Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access any Client profiles.
✅ Admin: Can unarchive any Client.
Important Notes
Once a Client is unarchived, the clinic's default Assessment(s) will be assigned. These can be adjusted in the Client's Preferences.
How to Unarchive a Client
Navigate to the Client's Profile by searching the Client's name in the Client Search Bar or by clicking their name directly from the Discharged Client List (both methods shown in the video below)
Click the white Unarchive button on their Status Banner
