Edit a Client's Next Assessment Date

How to change a Client's Assessment delivery schedule by adjusting the Next Assessment Date.

The Next Assessment Date is the next date in which your Client will receive a notification to complete their Assessment(s).

The Next Assessment Date (and time) can be adjusted so that notifications are delivered at a time that is most convenient for the Client to complete their Assessments.


Permissions

Who can adjust a Client's Next Assessment Date?

✅ Clinician: Can adjust the Next Assessment Date for their own Clients.

✅ Supervisor: Can adjust the Next Assessment Date for any Client.

Biller: Billing roles alone do not have access any Client profiles.

✅ Admin: Can adjust the Next Assessment Date for any Client.


What is the Next Assessment Date?

The Next Assessment Date can be thought of as your Client's Assessment delivery date! 📬

On this day, a notification is automatically sent to your Client. This notification prompts the Client to take the Assessments they may have due at that time.


Important Notes

  • Upon enrolling the client, their very first Next Assessment Date is automatically set based on the frequency of the Client's set of assigned Assessment(s) -- the shortest frequency determines their very first Next Assessment Date and is when their first round of Assessments will be sent. (Assessments are not sent immediately upon enrollment.)

  • The Next Assessment Date is always advancing based off of the Assessment's last scheduled send date (not the Assessment's last completed date) in conjunction with the Assessment's frequency. Any Assessments completed via Take Now or Send Now will not effect the Next Assessment Date.

  • The Next Assessment Date can only be modified by a Clinician manually adjusting the Next Assessment Date on the Client's profile.

  • Changing the Next Assessment Date does not change the Assessment's frequency; it only changes the automatic notification delivery schedule.


How to Edit a Client or Participant's Next Assessment Date

  1. From the Client's profile, navigate to the Assessments tab (or click Manage from the Client's profile header)

  2. Select at least one Assessment you'd like to edit the Next Assessment Date for

  3. Once an Assessment is selected, the Assessment Actions Toolbar will appear near the bottom of the page

  4. Click Adjust Next Send

  5. Enter the next date you'd like the Client's Assessment to send on and click Update. This will clear the previous scheduled delivery schedule and begin a new one based on the Assessment's frequency.

That's it! The upcoming Next Assessment Date has been edited and the new automatic Assessment delivery schedule has been reset.
