The Purpose of the Client Satisfaction Report

The Client Satisfaction Report helps you measure how satisfied Clients are with their care experience.

How to Access the Client Satisfaction Report

  1. From the Global Navigation Bar, click Reports

  2. Select Client Satisfaction and voila! πŸŽ‰

How Client Satisfaction Data is Gathered

Satisfaction data is gathered at the time of discharging a Client with the Satisfaction With Care (CARE) survey.

At the time of discharging a Client in Blueprint, there's an option to send an email or text to the Client asking them to complete a 1-question Satisfaction With Care survey (along with a final round of assigned Assessments).

Here is what the email, text, and actual Satisfaction With Care (CARE) survey looks like for the Client:

Their survey response is then added to the Client Satisfaction Report, as well as recorded on the Client's individual profile, right alongside their other Assessment scores.
