Important Notes

  • Only U.S. cell phone numbers should be used when enrolling new Clients. If a landline is used, the Client will not be able to use the Blueprint Client Mobile App.

  • Upon enrollment, Assessments will either be sent immediately or at a later date of your choosing.

  • Assessments assigned after the enrollment has been initiated will not be sent to the Client upon assigning -- they will be sent on the upcoming Next Send Date.

How to enroll a New Client on Blueprint

  1. Click the + New Client button in the upper-right corner right next to your name

  2. Indicate if the Client is an Adult (13 & older) or a Child (12 & younger)

    • Child: Clients 12 years of age or under cannot use Blueprint Client Mobile App and should only be completing Assessments in-session with their Clinician (using the Take Now > Open in New Tab workflow) or a Participant can complete Assessments on the Client's behalf.

    • Adult: If a phone number and email address are added, Clients who are 13 and older can access the Blueprint Client Mobile App which includes access to all of Blueprint features including Assessments, Worksheets, Symptom Trackers and Lifestyle Data.

  3. Enter in the Client's basic info

💡 First name, last name, and date of birth are required for any Client enrollment.

💡 Cell phone number and email address are optional fields and are only available when enrolling Clients 13 years of age and older. (These fields will not appear for Clients 12 and younger.) To complete Assessments outside of session the Client must have at least a phone number or an email address on file.

💡 An Email address is required if the Client wishes to use the Blueprint Client Mobile App or Client Website to complete Check-ins (Worksheets, Symptom Trackers and Lifestyle Data) and will be used as the Client's username.

  4. If applicable, add a Participant

💡 Learn more about Participants here: Overview: Participants

  5. Your clinic's default Assessments, Symptom Trackers, and Worksheets will automatically be assigned, but you can remove them or add additional measures at this time.

Select either the Client themselves or a Participant you'd like to assign the Assessment to and adjust the frequency if needed.

💡 The option to assign Symptom Trackers and Worksheets will not appear when enrolling a Child. This is because children 12 and younger do not have access to the Blueprint Client Mobile App where Check-ins are completed.

  6. Select the Client's primary Clinician

💡 You can assign additional Clinicians or completely transfer the Client to a different Clinician anytime after enrollment.

  7. Choose to send the Client (or Participant, if they're a Child) an invitation to complete their Assessment(s) Now or Later

  8. Click the blue Enroll New Client button to enroll the Client and voila! 🎉 The Client (or Participant, if they're a Child) will receive a text or email containing a link to complete their Assessment(s) either now or at the later date indicated in the previous step.

💡 If applicable (an adult Client with a phone number and email address), their invitation will also include a link to download the Blueprint Client Mobile App. 🎉
